I know this is long after your great adventure, but Mike
and I are long distance friends who communicate once a year.
It was great fun viewing your web site. I didn't go through
everything but I did read many pages. I was most amazed by
the fact no one sustained any real injury. Friends are great,
but friends who share a passion is a rare joy.

When I saw Hans at Oktoberfest, it had been many years since I had
seen him in our home town of Corning, NY. I was so relieved to know
he is just as crazy now as he always had been!
Peddle on, you guys are so hip!!!

Sounds (reads?) like a great time was had.
Side note: I'm willing to bet playing with 'chickens' are more of a hindrance to one's date-ability than one's web page.:)

Eric, Mike and I did it!! We did it for 4 hours and 16 minutes! In the pouring rain! Mike fell twice, once on his belly, once
on his butt! I didn't fall at all. Can you believe it. I fell on my training run, but not during the real thing, even on the slippery
muddy, wet trail. And I was overall Grand Masters Woman winner! What a joke. All the other women over 50 knew
better than to run 4 hours in the rain.

Well guys, it's Friday afternoon and it looks like y'all are
going to make it! Wahoo! Congratulations! I had not heard
the entire saga of Ziggy Piggy before and although I
remember seeing it (him/her) in Pix of Eric before,
I now know the full significance or more of it, anyway.
I doubt that anyone knows the full significance! Take care
and let me tell you having the web-page to read each day has
added considerably to my enjoyment of life. It has been
fairly high since my retirement, but has been hampered
somewhat by my unfortunate physical condition. But, it's
been great to have you guys to follow and laugh at(with).

That's all. .e

Eric,Hans and Mike;
I finally got a chance to read the web page, day 5 happenings. You guys have more guts than me. A high school
friend and I traveled on old fashioned standard weight bicycles loaded with camping gear, food, clotes, ETC. from
home in Wilkinsburg, PA. to Cooks Forrest State Park aaproximately 100 miles in approximately 14 continuous hours. We
stayed 1 day and returned home on the tird day.
We were so tired on arrival at the park that we pitched te pup tent on a slope right over an ant hill.

You guys are doing great. Eric you have the same problen as I when you are hungry and tired. Good luck on the
remainder of the journey. Dad/Pop

your cube will you get to work by 8 AM then ????
Well anyway I will see you Monday, unless you call in sick, I
know that why Eric is telling everyone he is sick and passing
a cold on. It a conspiracy.
Anyway I have to get back to my job hunting, I mean working.

last 2.
Hey leave Hans alone, as his Boss it now falls to me to torture
him. Many may say that it falls to an older brother, and being one
myself I might agree, or a friend. But, as his boss who will see that
his pay check does not bounce and who granted the time off, even
with staff already down 5, Hans makes it 6, I know how does he
do it, anyone want an exciting career in Computer call me.. Please,
it is clearly my role. So Hans if it gets too much call me and I will
come get you bring you home, use your Nextel I am paying for,
like that thing ever works.

Yo, Hans:

I assume the guy in your guestbook signing himself as "G. Gordon Liddy" ain't really the G-Man, is he? At any rate, nifty
project--looks like fun--and a neat web page, even though it's loading kinda slow on this end. Keep an eye peeled for
migrating hawks--the sharpies and Cooper's hawks and red-tails are moving over the Parkway now, and sometimes they
put on a hell of a show. See you at Oktoberfest...

only saw Linda leave mail and your trip was the talk of
the Friday meeting. "why would I go to Hans' web page, he
just too silly" Dan pattison. Boy I bet you never had
anyone like him, what did you ever do to him.
Oh by the way there was this really nice looking
woman who came by looking for you, she was Blonde
in fantastic shape and wanted to meet you and develop
a serious relationship and have your children. I told her
that see was to late and that you had lost all interest in
females and was now beginning to explore the other side. That
was and invitation .. right.
Well have fun see you Monday that what my schedule Plus

mountain men.

I take it the guy in the back is you, Eric. I also take it, we'll not be seeing you any more after this weekend. Either you'll
be committed, buried, or characterized in a tragic movie about three guys trying to escape the wilderness and some people
with very nasty attitudes.

Blessings to you all.

Okay, now *WHERE* do you want us to drive past and toss Goo-Goo Clusters out of the car to you? Please give correct
milepost indicators, keeping in mind that I haven't been to Mabry Mill yet and Lee's been promising to take me on one of
those scenic drives that old folks like to do so well. And do you want the regular Goo-Goos (peanuts) or the Goo-Goo
Supremes (pecans)?
